Effective October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of Weather Range, including the iPhone app, its widgets and the companion Apple Watch app. By downloading or using Weather Range you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Weather Range is licensed to you through the App Store, not sold. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows. You may use Weather Range on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except as the law or the Apple EULA allows.
Weather Range can be used for free with sample weather data. Real forecasts and weather history for the places you choose require a paid subscription.
Forecasts, history and other weather information come from Apple Weather and other sources, and are provided for general information only. Weather is unpredictable, and the information may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Don't rely on Weather Range for decisions where safety, health or property is at stake. Always follow official warnings and guidance from your local weather service and authorities.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Weather Range uses and how it is shared.
Weather Range is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, Weather Range and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Weather Range in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. If you keep using Weather Range after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, except where the law of the country you live in requires otherwise.
